  1. There is far more calcium in the sum total of our cells than in our bones I think. It’s function is far more important in how our cells work than in the structure of our bones.
    However, if Hydrogen isn’t from stardust, and our body is at least 75% water (so 35% of us is hydrogen atoms), then 90% of us can’t come from stars. Unless they consider mass? If so, yes, maybe. I never did the maths 😉

    But, yes, we are not part of the Universe, we are the Universe. And it is us. Each and every one of us, and all of us at once. It’s funny to think about it in that light!
